Free therapy service through disability support and service centers
Service and support center for the disabled persons was initiated as a part of experiment in 5 districts of our country in the fiscal year of 2009-2010 in order to provide physiotherapy and other treatment at free of cost to the disabled community. As per appreciated by different class of the activities of disability service and support center in the fiscal year 2010-2011, 10 more disability service and support center have been established by renewed the previous 5 disability service and support center, in the fiscal year 2011-2012, 20 more disability service and support center have been established by renewed the previous 15 disability service and support center and in the fiscal year 2012-2013 at 33 more districts, the disability service and support center has been extended by renewed the previous 35 disability service and support center. Now 103 disability service and support center’s are running at 64 districts and 39 upazilas of the country. Till now 3, 76,642 registered clients have received the service while the number of Service Transaction is 25, 34,213. Further, a autism corner has been launched in every center. In every upazila of the country, disability support and service centers will also be initiated gradually.
Autism Resource Centre
In the fiscal year 2009-2010, the autism resource center was launched initiative by Jatiyo Protibondhi Unnayan Foundation. From this center, the list of services currently is being provided, has been given below:

- Occupational Therapy
- Speech and Language Therapy
- Physiotherapy
- Counseling
- Resource based Seminar
- Telegraphy
- Group Therapy
- To provide referral service including daily activities related training
- Arrangement of counseling service for the parents of the autistic children
